I’ve been there and seen how it leaves you grumpy, exhausted, isolated, and unable to bring your best to the work you are so passionate about. 

I also know that implementing a custominzed self care practice in tiny effective doses (ideally daily) changes EVERYTHING. It certainly has for me.
