February 2026 – Welcome to the Year of the Fire Horse
This meeting was the perfect way to connect to the cozy radiant energy of the coming year.
While the media at large is promising a wild, chaotic year to come, we’ll discuss a different path for those who cultivate a calmer relationship to the Fire Horse.

I highly recommend her online qi gong courses with Commune – ALL of them are terrific.

This was a special meeting to give our community members – so often finding themselves in a careGIVER role – a chance to give back to THEMSELVES. So often those of us giving care to animals and their people in a professional context prioritize GIVING instead of RECEIVING. So we turned the tables and focused on self care and how to customize your self care with the power of your Five Element Matrix.
Included was a short meditation exercise designed to help you explore your 5E Matrix.
