The Elemental Acupressure Certification Program is a series of online courses that make up our comprehensive education in Classical East Asian Medicine (CEAM) for Animals.
These courses can be completed at your own pace – once you purchase a course you have lifetime access. The course requirements can easily be completed in under two years if you study a minimum of 1-2 hours per week. Some students cruise through things in well under a year while others take their time to accommodate a busy schedule. Make the courses work for you!
This page is a LIST of REQUIRED CLASSES arranged by topic so you can understand what is covered in the Program. This list does not necessarily correspond to the sequence which we recommend our students follow as they work their way through the courses.

These 3 courses provide a comprehensive introduction to acupressure, shiatsu massage, and Classical East Asian Medicine for animals. For animal caretakers they are excellent stand-alone courses. For Certification Program students they are the launching pad for the rest of your studies.

ENERGYWORK™ FOUNDATION CLASSES
EnergyWork™ part 1 – Grounding
EnergyWork™ part 2 – Energy Clean Out
Qi Gong for Animal Bodyworkers
These first two EnergyWork™ courses introduce you to the basic concepts of the Energetic Healing Arts including: intuitive healing, grounding your energy, and managing the energy exchanged in your sessions.
The third course, Qi Gong for Animal Bodyworkers, is the perfect complement to these two EnergyWork™ courses. It gives you excellent skills for cultivating qi and directing qi flow – skills that are incredibly useful during your sessions and your everyday life!
These first three courses (above) are required for graduation. The next course (below) is a Specialized Course (see more about Specialized Courses below).
EnergyWork™ part 3 – EnergyReading™
The EnergyWork – EnergyReading™ class expands upon the skills taught in the Grounding and Clean Out classes. Learn how to do EnergyWork™ assessments and perform energetic healing sessions (in person or at a distance). This EnergyReading™ course is NOT REQUIRED for graduation but can count toward your requirement of 4 Specialized Courses (see below).

ANATOMY CLASSES
Basic Anatomy for Horses
Basic Anatomy for Dogs
Our anatomy classes make the rest of your studies easier and help you be a better body worker. These courses cover skeletal and muscular anatomy only.
Note: You will only be tested on the animals for which you are being certified, i.e.: if you work toward a HORSE ONLY diploma, you are only tested on the equine anatomy.
Note: If you have a background in anatomy, you may not be required to take the anatomy classes. Contact us for more details.

Each Element class covers an individual Element and its corresponding organ systems, acupoints, energetic healing techniques, training approaches, managing different temperaments, and living conditions and so much more. Then it’s time to put all of your learning together into a beautiful and effective workflow. The Session Work course gives you a structured protocol to use for your sessions.

CERTIFICATION EXAM
In order to receive Elemental Acupressure Certification, you will need to pass an online exam and submit written case studies (via digital forms – not handwritten).
